That page itself might have some current information, and they do have a link to OYAP, Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program. (http://www.edu.gov.on.ca/eng/training/apprenticeship/skills/oyap.html)

I hope one of those two links will lead you somewhere useful!  In the worst case, you can contact one of those two organizations directly and ask whether they have something like a fair/exhibition that travels around the province.
