Please feel free to download, use and distribute these handouts as you see fit. There are two conditions attached to these downloads:
1. Files/documents may not be sold. (They have not been created in such a way to make that legal.) But you can give them away for free to as many people as you’d like!
2. Documents may not be altered, and must be kept in their entirety if distributed. I’m willing to live with the shame of my typos until such time as I can reformat the documents. I want to make sure any charts/excerpts I’ve included from external sources retain their attributions. I would also like all documents to keep their reference to this website so that readers can be directed here for the most current (updated, corrected) versions.
When in doubt about proper use of these files, the best thing to do is simply direct people here to download the file themselves, where ever possible. That way, you can be sure they are receiving the most current information available.
